It includes an extended nozzle/hotend kit, consisting of a hot end, PTFE tube, and a copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe, as well as a gearbox kit and an extrusion fan assembly, providing a comprehensive solution for your extrusion needs.

Our kit features a dual-gear direct drive extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for precise and reliable filament feeding, weighing only 75% of the weight of the Neptune 3 Pro. The wear-resistant stainless steel gear teeth provide exceptional torque and grip on the filament for superior print quality.
Copper-Titanium Bi-Metal Throat Pipe
Our extruder kit incorporates a copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe, which offers excellent thermal conductivity and prevents heat creep, ensuring optimal performance. The unique air duct design optimizes airflow for efficient cooling, reducing nozzle clogging issues.
300°C High-temp Nozzle/Hotend Kit
The 300°C high-temp nozzle with an extended hotend design to rapidly and fully melt the filament, and you can confidently print with a wider range of filaments, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and high-temp filaments like nylon.
Dual Fans for Efficient Cooling
Our dual-gear direct extruder kit is equipped with 2×4015 ball-bearing thickened cooling fans on both sides, providing fast & efficient cooling for the hot end and newly printed layers, ensuring consistent print quality even at a fast printing speed.
