Zhongchuang Medical’s Invisible Denture Base Resin is a transparent, biocompatible photopolymer resin engineered for 3D printing clear/translucent denture bases using 405nm LCD/DLP printers. This resin meets ISO 10993-1 biocompatibility standards, ensuring safety for intraoral use. It combines high light transmittance (for esthetic adjustability) with mechanical durability, offering low shrinkage, minimal residual monomers, and smooth post-curing surfaces.

🔸Optical Clarity: High transparency (adjustable opacity via curing time).
🔸Mechanical Strength: Flexural strength ~70–90 MPa; resistant to cracking.
🔸Curing Mechanism: UV-activated (405nm) polymerization.
🔸 Color: semi transparent,pink
🔻Recommended Printing Settings
🔸Layer Thickness: 50–100 μm (50 μm recommended for detail).
🔸Exposure Time: 6–12 seconds/layer (base layers: 30–60 seconds).
🔸Lift Speed: 1–2 mm/s (minimizes layer distortion).
🔸Post-Processing:
▫Rinse: 99% IPA for 3–5 minutes.
▫Cure: 10–20 minutes in UV light (385–405nm, 20–30 mW/cm²; longer curing enhances clarity).
